About Me

Kimberly Jones provides mobile notary services throughout Shelby County in Tennessee. I will gladly arrange to meet with you at the location of your choice: home, place of business, hospital, library, restaurant, etc. I am on-call to notarize documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Certified Signing Agent – specifically trained in presenting the documents used in real estate financial transactions: mortgages, home equity loans and home purchases. Ms. Jones is a former post-closing mortgage loan auditor for a major national bank with over 10 years experience. I have extensive real estate / mortgage knowledge as a result of auditing entire loan files for compliance purposes. I thoroughly audited an average of 15-20 mortgage loan files per day for several years. I have also created and notarized thousands of Assignments and Subordination Agreements on behalf of the bank over the years. Prior to being an auditor, I worked as a Closing Assistant for a major title company handling pre & post-closing duties & disbursing funds per lenders' closing instructions.
