My experience with Kim was wonderful. She called and set an appointment to come to our house to do the closing. She showed up on time and was very professional. She sat right next to me and went over each and every document as she answered any questions I had. We had some concerns about some of our paperwork and she sat patiently with a beautiful smile on her face while we made some phone calls to make sure things were right. It was a really nice experience that I would love to do again. Thank you Kim!!

It was more than a pleasure to be able to have a closing done from my home, rather than having to go somewhere else, but more importantly it was just as enjoyable to have a kind, understanding, and very informative person to do our closing, by the name of Kimberly Jones. I would recommend her to any of my peers because of the professional aspect in which she carries herself.

Kimberly was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was a quick and easy meeting. I was very impressed with Kimberly a few days later though when we were having a problem trying to get contact information on our new mortgage company. After not being able to get any answers from my broker after several phone calls as to why we did not have our cash out check and why our original mortgage had not been paid off yet, Kimberly had all of the contact information that I needed as far as who the escrow processor was and our account number. This is information that my broker should have had but didn't seem to want to assist me after the closing. Kim gave the info and I was able to resolve my problem quickly. Very impressive!!

Great job! We weren't able to get the docs to you in the time you needed but, it was nice that you took it upon yourself to call the borrowers and reschedule for a later time that day. Helped out a lot. Always get responses promptly and you keep me well informed. Very professional and pleasant to work with!! :)
