UPS hubs in Memphis; therefore I am usually able to have loan
documents returned in 24 hours. I do all I can to ensure that your
loan documents are signed correctly, notarized accurately and
promptly returned to your designated office.

Shelby County: RESPA signing - Please call for quote.
Shelby County: Refi 1 loan - $125 (overnight); $150 (including
e-docs
& borrower's copy)
Shelby County: Refi 2 loans - $200 (w/ e-docs & borrower's copy)
Shelby County:
Real Estate Purchase Closings - $200 flat fee
Fayette & Tipton County: Add $25 to Shelby Co. fees
Hardeman, Haywood & Lauderdale County: Add $50 to Shelby Co.
fees
Cancellation fee: $60 only if docs are printed & copied and
appointment is cancelled.
FULL FEE APPLIES if borrowers are a "no show" or refuse to sign
at the time of appointment.
